IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Booth price: The following is included in the price – 8ft x 10ft (approximately) pipe and drape exhibit space, skirted and dressed table, 2 chairs, waste basket & company name panel. One complimentary delegate registration with full event access. Recognition and company profile in the event guide. Company logo with hyperlink on the event website & social media posts
Colleague Delegate: Applies to any additional representatives from the same company as the primary delegate (sister/parent companies do not apply).
Prices: All fees are quoted, and taken, in UK Pounds Sterling as we are a UK-based company.
Delegate Fees: Primary & colleague fees include access to the two-day event, lunches, refreshment breaks, conference materials, delegate pack and copies of the speaker presentations.
Exhibition Bookings & Fees: Each exhibiting company is entitled to ONE delegate registration free of charge. Please enter your designated delegate’s details on the booking form. Name changes/substitutions are permitted prior to the start of the event.
Student Bookings: Student rates are not valid for this event – students must register for the event as per the advertised rates.
Form Errors: Please ensure you enter your telephone number as digits only, no brackets, dashes, etc.
Do you have any special dietary requirements? When you receive your participation confirmation from us please inform if you are a vegetarian/vegan or have a nut allergy/dairy intolerance in order to cater for you correctly.
